AirPurete Deep Pleat (ASHRAE Cell) air filter

AirPurete™ deep pleat fine filter is an extended-surface, high-efficiency barrier filter designed for maximum performance, even in the most extreme applications. It is composed of progressively dense microfiber glass to ensure extended service life. The media is folded between layers of corrugated aluminum separators to form a pleated, extended-surface design. Durable metal construction and specially designed filter media make the Deep Pleat Fine Filter an ideal product for use in packaged systems, air handlers, split systems, built-up filter banks, and free-standing units. The rigid construction and fiberglass media of this filter eliminate fiber shedding and dust particle unloading.

Pleated media is evenly and accurately positioned using corrugated aluminum separators.
The aluminum separators maintain precise pleat spacing, enhancing airflow while ensuring that the filter retains its shape and structure under varying conditions.
Higher durability ensures fewer changeouts compared to pocket or rigid box filters.
The standard frame construction includes a galvanized steel frame. Optional aluminum and SS are available.
