PLEATED PRE-FILTER

AirPurete™ PLEATED PRE-FILTERS (MULTI-PLEAT) are cleanable, washable panel filters constructed from non-woven, high-lofted synthetic (polyester) media. They are designed for coarse filtration within air intake systems for general ventilation and air handling units (AHUs) in public buildings, offices, and industrial facilities.

Product Features

Primary use as a pre-filter to extend the life of downstream fine filters, though they are equally effective as standalone main filters.
Ideal for spray booth exhaust systems where they function as efficient paint mist arrestors.
Features progressively built-up, thermally bonded polyester media which ensures maximum dust loading with a low pressure drop.
The media is non-fiber-shedding and fully incinerable for easy disposal.
Engineered for high air volume applications, high-humidity conditions, and corrosive environments.
The lightweight, sturdy, and compact design ensures easy handling and cost-effective shipping.
Available in various face sizes with depths up to 6”.
