PLAIN PANEL FILTER

AirPurete™ Plain Panel filters are cleanable and washable panel filters constructed from non-woven, high-loft synthetic polyester media. They are designed for coarse filtration in air intake systems for general ventilation and air handling units (AHUs) installed in public buildings, offices, factories, and various equipment types.

Product Features

Made of progressively built-up, thermally bonded synthetic polyester, the media’s multi-layer manufacturing technique ensures maximum dust loading with optimal low-pressure drop performance.
Ideal as a pre-filter to extend the lifespan of downstream fine filters, as a primary filter, or as a paint mist arrestor in spray booth exhaust systems.
Suitable for high-air-volume applications, high-humidity conditions, and corrosive environments.
The media is non-fiber-shedding and incinerable.
Filters can be cleaned using low-pressure compressed air or hosed with water from the clean-air side.
Their lightweight, sturdy, and compact design makes them easy to handle and ship.
Custom sizes are available in various face dimensions and depths up to 6”.
