HEPA DEEP PLEAT SC FILTER

AirPurete™ HEPA Deep Pleat SC Filters are high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters engineered with a pleated configuration to provide superior filtration for air handling systems. They are essential for environments requiring ultra-pure air, such as hospitals, cleanrooms, laboratories, and specialized industrial HVAC applications. The deep-pleat construction significantly increases the filter's surface area, allowing it to trap more particles and improve overall capacity without increasing the unit's physical footprint.

Product Features

Utilizes high-quality micro-glass fiber paper arranged in a deep-pleat design.
The pleated media is evenly positioned using corrugated aluminum separators.
These separators maintain precise spacing to enhance airflow while ensuring the filter retains its shape under varying pressure conditions.
Each filter is individually tested according to EN 1822 standards to ensure leak-proof performance. A test certificate label is affixed to every unit.
The standard frame is constructed from galvanized steel; aluminum and stainless steel (SS) options are also available.
